Rauf Hakeem, the leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress has issued a message stating that he has been infected with the corona virus.
Hakeem is the second Member of Parliament to test positive for COVID-19, after State Minister Dayasiri Jayasekera revealed he tested positive for the coronavirus last week.
