The National Movement for Consumer Protection says Allianz Insurance has been receiving complaints from police across the country about non-payment of insurance premiums.
The chairman of the organization Ranjith Vithanage stated that the company has taken money from the customer and is not in a position to pay compensation to the customer and that the customers who are going to make their request are being sued.
 Mr. Vithanage said that consumers would be given a month to do justice and if they did not do so, they would be treated unfairly and make huge profits.
He added that the country needs fair insurance companies.
