Chamal Rajapaksa has been sworn in as the State Minister of Defense and Disaster Management and the Minister of Home Affairs before President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
That was at the Presidential Secretariat this afternoon (18th Feb).
The swearing in took place with the transfer of the hitherto Ministry of Defense, Home Affairs and Disaster Management to two Ministries of Defense, Disaster Management and Home Affairs.
