The Captain of the fire-ravaged ‘X-Press Pearl’ cargo vessel has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
The Russian national is to be produced before the Colombo High Court today (14th of June), Police Media Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana said.
