Health officials said that, 03 more Ukranians were tested positive yesterday(30th Dec) increasing the total number of cases among tourist arrivals to 06.
About 389 tourists have arrived the country during last 02 days after Sri Lanka resumed toursim industry operations after nine months pause.
All infected Ukranians are being treated at special areas demarcated in the same hotels they stayed, health officials further said.
They also said case detection among tourists was anticipated when the program was planned and they were all manage under a travel bubble minimising risk associated with tourists arrivals.
