NM Amin, President of the Sri Lanka Muslim Council, has issued a message of congratulations on Easter, bringing together organizations that consider traditional Muslims in Sri Lanka to be extremist.
It is astonishing that the Muslim Council, which does not even add greetings to the Prophet’s birthday, joins other organizations to wish him well.
The report of the Presidential Investigation Commission appointed to inquire into the terrorist attack on Easter Sunday has recommended an investigation into NM Amin.
NM Amin is the father of Assam Amin, a former BBC journalist and newswire owner.
